Cancellation

1. Cancellation Timeframe

• General Freight & Final Mile Delivery: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery.
• Residential & Commercial Moving: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• In-Home White Glove Delivery: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

2. Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations made within the required timeframe will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made after the timeframe will incur a fee:
  • General Freight & Final Mile Delivery: $50 cancellation fee.
  • Residential & Commercial Moving: 25% of the total service cost.
  • In-Home White Glove Delivery: 50% of the total service cost.
• If our truck is already en route to the pickup location, the full-service charge will apply.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

• Cancellations due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
• Custom or special service requests (such as expedited or after-hours deliveries) may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.
• If On 2 The Next Logistix cancels the service due to operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
